Lept Intelligence started as an applied research lab working on context for autonomous agents. Our approach is to build the intelligence layer that makes AI agents reliable: real-time context delivery that scales from codebases to complex systems. We believe the future belongs to autonomous agents that can act safely without human oversight.

Depth only matters if the chain is honest. Anthropic’s recent study found that Claude 3.7 Sonnet verbalized the hints it actually used in < 20 % of cases, and reward-tuned models still hid most cues they relied on. In other words, today’s “reasoning” often fakes its own rationale. Lept sidesteps that trap: we stream < 1 000 deterministic context tokens in < 250 ms and pair them with symbolic or unit-test solvers, so every intermediate step is executable and auditable—no room for fabricated logic.

We don't come from traditional software backgrounds. We are researchers who've spent years studying complex systems - financial markets, organizational behavior, system dynamics. We understand that context isn't just about code; it's about relationships, dependencies, and emergent behaviors that traditional engineering approaches miss.

Context is becoming the new data. Yesterday we stored bytes; tomorrow we store meaning. If this excites you, reach us at founders@lept.ai
